PALM COAST, Fla. – The winners have been announced in this year’s edition of the City of Palm Coast’s annual photo contest. One winner was chosen in each of six categories meant to showcase the natural and cultural beauty of Palm Coast. The winners were each recognized at the October 3rd Palm Coast City Council meeting, and awarded prizes of a camera bag, acrylic certificate with a personalized framed photograph, and a camera lens mug set.
