South Daytona, FL - A 24-year-old South Daytona man is in jail on a $300,000 bond after authorities charge him with 30 counts of child pornography possession.

Units with the Daytona Beach and South Daytona police departments, alongside investigators from the FBI, executed a search warrant on the home of Tyler Seaman the morning of November 18th. The search came after investigators secured a search warrant on the home just a week prior in reference to the sharing and possession of child pornography. At the home, investigators met with Seaman, who agreed to talk with law enforcement.

Investigators asked Seaman if he had ever used his personal computer to download child pornography. Seaman replied that he used the computer regularly, but claimed that if he saw any child pornography it was most likely a "virus," after confirming that he was the only one who had access to his room and his computer. As the interview carried on, detectives noted that Seaman began to change his story. Seaman claimed that he has searched for child pornography, utilizing the search term "lolita," which is commonly associated with child pornography.

When asked about how old the youngest child he had seen was, Seaman told investigators that he saw kids as young as 10-years-old. But, Seaman later stated that he had seen images and videos of kids as young as two-years-old. Per a report from the Daytona Beach Police Department, Seaman added that investigators might find images of beastiality on his computer and that he hopes he won't be arrested for that as well. Detectives additionally asked about how many files of child pornography they're likely to find, to which Seaman replied that they're likely to find in excess of 10,000.

Following their interview, investigators seized a computer tower, a virtual reality headset, a computer monitor, two hard drives and a cellphone. During the forensics investigation, detectives found enough child pornography to charge Seaman 30 times with child porn possession. Investigators additionally noted in his arrest report that he was in possession of more than 10 images that contained children younger than five and sexual beastiality involving a child.

Data from Volusia County Corrections shows Seaman was booked into jail on Tuesday (November 24th) on 30 charges related to child pornography possession, which carried a bond of $10,000 for each charge. As of Wednesday morning, Seaman remains in custody on $300,000 bond.
