Port Orange, FL - If you're a Port Orange resident, please note: the city's online utility billing system and the business tax payment system are still shut down.
The shutdown has been in place since last week, October 18, when the program developer, Click2Gov, alerted the City to an as yet unconfirmed software issue.
No vulnerabilities have been found at this time but the city is waiting for additional clearance before restoring the application.
Customers with credit card auto-pay scheduled this week will be rescheduled without any impact to service. If you'd like to pay your bill using another method, stop by customer service at City Hall.
Any late charges caused by the shutdown will be refunded or deducted from your bill. If you still have questions, call customer service at 386-506-5720.
