Caregivers looking to find some peace and balance in their body and mind should check Daytona Beach Shores' new creative caregiving program. DBS has partnered with the Atlantic Center for the Arts to teach caregivers how to connect mind, body, and spirit through the arts as a tool of self-care, social interaction, and lifelong learning.
Registration is open and free. CNA/HHA are welcome.
Creative Caregiving will be offered on Tuesdays for six-week sessions, from 2-4PM
at the Shores Community Center in Daytona Beach Shores.
Atlantic Center for the Arts ambassador, Sonja Jean Craig will present a fun gathering of caregivers and care partners, though space is limited. No experience is necessary, and art supplies will be provided. Call 386-281-3000 to register.
