Daytona Beach, FL - A 23-year-old man charged with Manslaughter with a Firearm in the shooting death of his girlfriend during sex, is sentenced to 10 years in prison. The 7th Circuit State Attorney's Office reports that Winter Richardson was sentenced to 10 years in prison today (July 1) following a no contest plea.
Boyfriend Charged In Girlfriend's Fatal Shooting
Twenty-six-year-old Ashleigh Murphy died after she asked Richardson to point a gun at her during sex. He pulled the trigger twice, the second time it went off, shooting Murphy in the shoulder through her back.
