New Smyrna Beach, FL - Police are looking to the public for help in finding a New Smyrna Beach man who has been missing for six weeks.

The New Smyrna Beach Police Department says 47-year-old Kevin Eugene Payne last left his residence on or around May 28th and has not been seen or heard from since.

A family member of Payne's contacted the NSBPD two weeks ago to inform them of his disappearance, stating that she was concerned since he has not been heard from in almost two months.

An investigation later revealed that Payne could be in the Daytona Beach area, possibly around International Speedway Boulevard or the Boardwalk area. However, that has not been confirmed by investigators.

Additionally, detectives say there is no evidence suggesting foul play is involved at this time.

Payne is 6’0", 180 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing a white t-shirt, blue shorts and a black baseball hat.

Anyone with information regarding Payne's whereabouts is urged to contact Detective Diffin at (386) 424-2248. You can also email Detective Diffin at ndiffin@cityofnsb.com.
