Palm Coast, FL - A 25-year-old man who's been on the Flagler County Sheriff Office's radar for some time, according to Sheriff Rick Staly, is being held without bond. Joshua LeMaster was arrested in his motel room at the Econolodge located at 5 Kingswood Drive in Palm Coast on Thursday morning.

FCSO says a search warrant was served at the conclusion of multiple covert operations conducted by the Special Investigations Unit. They were investigating LeMaster's narcotics distribution
activities, who's a long-term tenant of the motel. His parents, Jackie and Jody LeMaster were in the room and also arrested on lesser charges.

Over a half-pound of Cannabis, THC concentrate, a variety of packaging materials consistent with illegal narcotics sales, and other miscellaneous evidence related to the previous undercover operations conducted were seized during the search.

LeMaster is already under an active Felony Arrest Warrant for Sale or Possession THC with Intent to Sell Within 1000’ Feet of a Convenience Business and Unlawful Use of a Two Way Communication Device. He's also a Registered Sex Offender and is currently on Sex Offender Probation for crimes he committed in Flagler County for Lewd and Lascivious Battery (Victim 12-16 years old).

The suspect's father, Jackie LeMaster, is charged with Possession of Cannabis with Intent to Sell Within 1000’ of a Convenience Business and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He was released after posting a $5,500 bond. The mother, Jody Mae LeMaster, is charged with Misdemeanor Marijuana Possession and Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance. She posted a $750 bond and was released.

“This guy has been on our radar for a long time and this just goes to show you that we’ll find you
wherever you are, even in a hotel room. Now he has a new room at the Green Roof Inn,” Sheriff Rick Staly said. “Our SIU and SWAT team did another great job. I hope the justice system finally holds him accountable for his actions for his continuous criminal activity and sends him to prison for a long time. He's had enough opportunities to turn his life around and refuses."
