Ormond Beach, FL - Ormond Beach Police (OBPD) are investigating a suspicious death after the body of a woman was found on the side of the road in Ormond Beach on Monday morning.
Police responded at 8:57 AM Monday to the 100 block of Bennett Ln., near Granada Blvd. and Tomoka Ave., after someone in a work truck drove by and reported a body lying on the side of the road. According to OBPD, the unidentified white female was pronounced dead by paramedics at 9 AM.
OBPD says that foul play is believed to be involved in the death, but no other information has been released at this time. More information will be released as it becomes available.
