Daytona Beach, FL - Daytona Beach Police say a woman was assaulted with a full water bottle and then with a car by another woman on Sunday.  DBPD say the victim was holding her 5-month-old child in a driveway when 25-year-old Chikeda Obermyer pulled up in her vehicle and threw a full water bottle at her. The victim dodged and the water bottle exploded when it hit the ground. The victim ran towards the door of a home. Obermyer drove after her through the yard, all the way to the front door. The victim was unhurt.  Obermyer tried to back out of the yard but the undercarriage was caught in the sidewalk.  Part of the plastic underneath broke off. She hit the victim's car as she drove away.  The victim was talking to officers when Obermyer called her and continued with verbal threats.  The victim told police she had filed numerous reports against Obermyer for harassing and threatening her in the past. The victim gave police Obermyer's address and they were able to arrest her at her residence. She resisted police with violence when they tried to arrest her.  The police report stated that one of the arresting officers suffered soft tissue damage to his right hand after Obermyer grabbed the pinky and ring fingers, twisting them and bending them backward. Obermyer was charged with two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and resisting an officer with violence. Her bond is set at $25,000.
