Orange County, FL - A Volusia County Schools substitute teacher is facing charges after the Orange County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) busted him during an online sex sting.
On April 2, 24-year-old Bruce Corbin Krupa, who substituted 57 times in the Volusia County School District and worked part-time at Walt Disney World, began speaking to who he thought was a 13-year-old girl after responding to an online ad. Krupa spoke to the child, who was actually an undercover deputy, about sex even after he learned her age.
Krupa and the decoy set up a time and place to meet in Orlando and as soon as Krupa arrived, he was arrested by the OCSO and charged with Attempted Lewd Or Lascivious Conduct. Investigators also found purple boxers and a Kit Kat bar in Krupa’s vehicle.
