Officials expect more than 75 manufacturing exhibitors to be at the event, and over 1,000 people are expected to attend. Szafraniec says there's going to be a lot of fun events during the showcase. "There's going to be the 5th annual robotics competition, a CNC and 3D art show with cash prizes, an education row, and a job placement center."

Surrounding counties are also invited to attend the expo which is designed to give local manufacturers a networking opportunity and a chance to show off their products and capabilities.

“The purpose of the event is also to let the community know that Volusia County has a strong and vibrant manufacturing industry,” said Jayne C.
