Daytona Beach, FL – The owner and manager of the Volusia Mall, CBL Properties, has announced which restaurants will be featured in the redevelopment of what used to be the Sears Auto Center. Bonefish Grill, Metro Diner, and The Casual Pint Craft BeerMarket are set to be the first tenants of the redevelopment project. “CBL is committed to diversifying the uses at our properties to include more dining and other lifestyle options. We are thrilled to move forward with our plans to redevelop the Sears Auto Centers we acquired last year,” said president & CEO of CBL Properties, Stephen Lebovitz. “This is one of many announcements we look forward to sharing in 2018 detailing the transformation of CBL properties through our redevelopment program.” The upcoming Daytona Beach location of The Casual Pint Craft BeerMarket will be the first location in Florida. The 2,000-square-foot family-friendly restaurant will feature a relaxing atmosphere and a dedication to Craft Beer. The new-to-market Metro Diner location will be housed in a 3,400-square-foot space and Bonefish Grill will occupy a 5,400-square-foot location. These three restaurants will have patio seating and, as new leases are confirmed, more tenants will be announced. “We are excited to welcome these new restaurant options to Volusia Mall,” said the general manager of the Volusia Mall, Wayne Bohl. “Our goal is to provide area residents and visitors an unparalleled experience with offerings that cannot be found anywhere else in the market. We look forward to celebrating the openings later this year.”
