Volusia County, FL – Registration is opening for Volusia County Schools’ free summer Voluntary Pre-Kindergarten (VPK) program.
This is an opportunity for incoming kindergarteners in Volusia County that will by 5-years-old on or before September 1, 2017. Registrants will also need a 2017 Certificate of Eligibility from the Early Learning Coalition of Flagler and Volusia Counties.
Registration takes place at the zoned school for incoming kindergarteners on March 21, March 23 and April 11, from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM. The following schools can be chosen for the VPK program:
VPK will go from June 5 to July 27, Monday through Thursday. The school day will last from 7:37 AM to 5:30 PM, and breakfast and lunch will be free for students. Transportation to and from VPK is not provided by the school.
