Deltona, FL - The Oak Hill man wanted for molesting two minors in 2017 turns him self in a year later.

The Volusia County Sheriff's Office says on Sunday (December 16th), 54-year-old Timothy Gallien walked into the Volusia County Jail and turned himself in regarding his two charges from 2017 for sexual battery and molestation.

According to VCSO, deputies originally responded to a call in Deltona on December 4th, 2017, regarding what was described as a "sex offense."

Deputies spoke with one of the people on scene who said that Gallien, who was previously warned not to show up at their residence, came anyway. She told deputies she issued that warning after her daughters claimed Gallien had sexually molested them.

She told deputies that she mad a report with the Department of Children and Families the day before (December 3rd, 2017), but did not contact law enforcement.

According to her narrative, she became worried about her 12-year-old daughter and her recent behavior, saying that she saw her daughter had been watching pornographic material on her phone and computer after looking through her browser history.

She then advised that on December 3rd, 2017, she and her 15-year-old daughter had been discussing. That's when they began to wonder if anyone in particular was sexually abusing her.

The oldest daughter told her mother that when they talked about the subject, she would get visibly distraught, especially when asked about time they spent alone with Gallien.

As they continued the conversation, the 12-year-old daughter began to cry and state she "was so stupid" and she should have told someone.

According to the oldest daughter's narrative, her sister had told them about times when they lived in Bunnell between 2007 and 2008, that she would "sneak" into bed with Gallien. Then she said when her grandmother would leave for work, she would wake up and see Gallien standing in his room naked, pleasuring himself. She also said Gallien would ask her to watch, saying it happened on more than one occasion.

Then, she stated that in 2008, when they moved to Deltona, Gallien would babysit them. It was during that time that she said Gallien would molest her.

Other incidents that she recalled included an incident of when she was in the 5th grade, and Gallien wore tight fitting spandex that outline his genitalia in front of her.

The older sister also told deputies that she too had encounters with Gallien. She told deputies that she remembered one time when she was 5-years-old, Gallien would come out of the bathroom naked and play with himself, making her watch, adding that it happened often.

She also recalled one incident where Gallien came into her room while she was nude and began to molest her. She began to become distraught, saying that she felt it was her fault something happened to her sister because she never told anyone about Gallien.

On February 7th, 2018, detectives made contact with Gallien at his residence. When asked about the allegations, Gallien told dectectives that there was no danger for the girls and he "did not really" want to get into his side of the story. When asked about whether the allegations were true, Gallien replied that he "(Didn't)need to see them or be around them).

Based on their information, detectives believe there was probably cause to believe that Gallien had committed the acts described to them by the sisters.

A warrant was filed for Gallien on November 5th, but Gallien ended up turning himself in on Sunday (December 16th).

Gallien was charged with sexual battery on a person less than 12-years-old and molestation on a person less than 18-year-old. He's currently being held at Volusia County Jail without bond.
