VCSO Needs Help Identifying Burglar Riding Yellow Scooter

Deltona, FL – VCSO needs help identifying the man driving a yellow scooter who burglarized a Deltona home last month and stole $600 in tools.

The incident happened around 5 PM on Sunday, March 20 at a house on Fort Smith Blvd. The suspect came to the house on a bright yellow scooter with a white cooler strapped to a rack on the back. The scooter had an orange license plate which investigators believe to be a FL transporter tag.

The suspect is described as a white male with dark hair and a mustache or goatee. He’s believed to be about 5′ 10″ and about 180 lbs.

Anyone who recognizes the suspect or has any information should contact VCSO at 386-860-7030 or Crime Stoppers at 1-888-177-TIPS. Anyone who provides info to Crime Stoppers will remain anonymous and could qualify for a reward of up to $5,000.
