DeLeon Springs, FL - A man who stabbed another man is shot and killed by his victim's brother at a gas station.
Volusia County Sheriff's Office says they were called to a Valero gas station on North US Highway 17 shortly after 7:30 last night (September 4th).
It's there that they learned that two men had been in an altercation when one stabbed another. Shortly after, the stabbing victim's brother shot the man who stabbed him. The shooter remained on scene while the stabbing victim was taken to the hospital by a witness at the gas station. Per VCSO, his injuries were non-life-threatening. The man who was shot died on the scene. We'll update the story as more becomes available.One person is dead tonight after he was shot during a fight in DeLeon Springs. Detectives are on scene now sorting out details - but initial reports are the man who was shot had just stabbed another man with a knife.
