Ormond Beach, FL - Volusia County Sheriff's detectives are looking for the man who reportedly offered children candy in the Hand Ave. area of Ormond Beach.
The Volusia County Sheriff's Office is investigating the incident, which reportedly happened on Sunday morning in the 130 block of Hand Ave., where two children said a man in a gray, early 2000s Nissan pickup truck offered them candy. In a social media post, VCSO wrote "While we don't have any evidence that a crime was committed, our detectives do want to identify and talk to this person to find out what he was doing."
