Armed Man Robs An Ormond Beach Restaurant; VCSO Looking For Suspect

Ormond Beach, FL - The Volusia County Sheriff's Office (VCSO) is investigating after an armed man robbed an Ormond Beach restaurant on Tuesday afternoon. The robbery was reported at 1:05 PM Tuesday at the King Restaurant at 3768 Roscommon Dr. in Ormond Beach. A man in his 30's walked into the restaurant, pointed a small gun, and demanded money from the register, according to VCSO. The man got away with an undisclosed amount of money, but no one was hurt during the robbery, according to Laura Williams, Public Information Officer with VCSO.
