Daytona Beach, FL-Update: Ebony Wilkerson, a mom who drove her van into the ocean in Daytona Beach with her three kids on board was in a Volusia County courtroom today.  She and her husband, Lufton Ronjon, are both scheduled to testify on Friday. Ebony Wilkerson has been in jail since June 8, when a judge revoked her conditional release.  Wilkerson admitted in court today that she had violated the conditions of her release by not taking her medication. When Wilkerson stopped taking her medications, she had a psychotic episode. Dr. Jeffrey Danziger, a psychiatrist, testified that Wilkerson does well when she takes her medication. Danziger told the judge that Wilkerson is not actively mentally ill, showing no symptoms after staying on medications. The hearing will resume on Friday. Wilkerson and her husband will testify at that time.   Earlier reporting: Ebony Wilkerson has a status conference today in a Daytona Beach courtroom. Her appearance is scheduled for 3 pm at the S. James Foxman Justice Center. She is the woman who drove a van with her kids inside into the ocean here in 2014. Her children were not hurt in the incident. The State Attorney's Office asked the court to revoke her conditional release in June after finding evidence prosecutors say showed she was not taking her court-ordered medication. That request was granted.   Earlier reporting is here. 2016 Southern Stone Communications Copyright
