New Smyrna Beach, FL-New Smyrna Beach Police and Volusia County Sheriff’s Office Deputies solved some burglaries this morning.  Two male suspects were arrested in the south beach area of New Smyrna Beach.

NSB Sergeant Mark Severance said a call was received from a victim early this morning. A good description and a direction of travel proved key to the responding units. One suspect is an adult and the other is a juvenile. The adult is identified as 18-year-old Arrington Hudson. He is charged with multiple counts including three counts of burglary to an occupied dwelling. Hudson was being held at the County Branch jail on $25,000 bond.

The juvenile suspect was taken to the Department of Juvenile Justice.

Burglaries were reported in both City and County jurisdictions. Many victims have been identified through investigation and stolen property was recovered and returned.
