Daytona Beach, FL-Update: FHP identifies 35-year-old Michelle Carner of Holly Hill as the driver of the Kia SUV who died in a crash last night on I-95 NB. A male passenger also died at the scene.
Earlier reporting follows: Troopers say two people were dead at the scene of a one vehicle accident last night on I-95 NB at MM 264 in Daytona Beach.
The 2004 Kia SUV went off the roadway, flipped over and its roof hit a tree. Troopers say it's not known why the vehicle went off the roadway.
That happened around 6:15 PM. Both victims were wearing seat belts.
The identities of the victims have not been released yet.
