Two Charged In Crab Stop Shooting In Daytona Beach

Daytona Beach, FL-Police Wednesday night charged two 22-year-old men in the shooting at the Crab Stop restaurant that wounded three. Police described it as a "gun battle" and say it began when a waitress fired for allegedly stealing from the business called friends and family to come to her aid. Some of them came armed according to police. Jermaine Jones and his brother are both charged. Jones  was in custody Wednesday night. The restaurant owner who was wounded in the gunfire pulled out a gun and fired back. All the wounds are said to be not life-threatening. A passerby in a vehicle was also wounded. The shooting happened Monday night at the business on W. ISB at Keech Street.
