Ormond Beach, FL- A tree trimmer fell to his death today in Ormond Beach. At around 2:15 p.m., units from the Ormond Beach Police and Fire Departments responded to 1930 West Granada Boulevard regarding a tree trimmer who had fallen from a ladder.

The victim, 57-year-old Thurman Hull, was working for Darryl Hamilton Tree Service at the rear of the plaza trimming a large palm tree. Hull had difficulty with his safety harness while on the ladder. He unhooked from the ladder which caused it to twist and Hull fell to the ground.
