Posted

St. Augustine, FL – A jury had recommended a life sentence for the Deltona man who was recently convicted of triple murder.

On Friday at around 7 PM, jurors told the judge that they believed Luis Toledo should spend life in prison after he killed his wife, Yessenia Suarez, and her children, Michael and Thalia Otto. Jurors said they recommended a life sentence because of the killing of the two kids.

In January, a sentencing hearing will be held.
