Palm Coast, FL - The Flagler County Sheriff's Office is investigating the burglary of the Flagler County Tax Collector's office located at 7 Old Kings Road in Palm Coast. Deputies responded to the location at around 5:30 a.m. on Saturday (Jan. 19, 2019). Flagler sheriff's deputies found the front glass door shattered.  Video surveillance from the business shows two subjects use a blunt object to break the glass and enter the offices around 3 a.m.  The video shows the pair grabbing electronics equipment and leaving the premises in what appears to be a white SUV or minivan. Investigators are working to get surveillance footage from nearby businesses. "Even though the incident occurred in the early morning hours, it is possible that someone saw something," Sheriff Rick Staly said. "We're asking the community to come forward with any information that might help.  Our team is working hard to locate these criminals." Anyone with information is asked to contact the FCSO at 386-313-4911 and mention Case Number 2019-5713 or send an email to TIPS@flaglersheriff.com.
