Ormond Beach, FL - Florida Secretary of State Ken Detzner announced that Ormond Beach Main Street has been designated the February 2017 Main Street Program of the Month.
"Ormond Beach is a successful coastal Main Street program that has been thriving for over 20 years," said Secretary Detzner. "With supportive downtown partnerships, Ormond Beach's Main Street program has invigorated public participation and entrepreneurship within the historic commercial district."
Communities that participate in the Florida Main Street Program are selected based on developmental achievements. With the creation of 312 projects, Ormond Beach Main Street has helped provide over 1,387 new jobs.
