South Daytona, FL - The South Daytona Police Community Relations Office is holding a ribbon-cutting ceremony at their new location.
The Port Orange/South Daytona ribbon-cuting ceremony is scheduled for Thursday, Feb. 23, at 9:30 AM at the Sunshine Park Mall, 2400 S. Ridgewood Ave., South Daytona. The new office will be in unit 51, across from the post office.
The South Daytona Police Community Relations Office, which has been located at Sunshine Park Mall for 3 decades, also includes the Citizen Alert Council, Citizen Patrol and the South Daytona Historical Society.
Mayor Bill Hall, City Council and City officials will be there to dedicate the space and to honor Andy Clark, with All Aboard Properties, for his leadership and community support. The event is free and open to the public.
