Oak Hill, FL - The other teenager wanted for shooting a 45-year-old Oak Hill man over the weekend is now in custody.

The Volusia County Sheriff's Office says 15-year-old James "Budha" Powell (left) turned himself in this morning (February 20th) to Daytona Beach police.

Detectives say Powell, 17-year-old Sylvano Leslie II (right) and two other juveniles were involved in a party fight where the homeowner ended up shot in the neck.

Arrest warrants were issued soon afterward for Powell and Leslie. Leslie turned himself in yesterday.

Speaking to reporters later in the day, Volusia County Sheriff Mike Chitwood says Powell admitted to being a member of the "4K" gang and that the man he shot was left paralyzed.
