Daytona Beach, FL-Police have a second suspect in custody in the shooting outside the Crab Stop restaurant in Daytona Beach that happened in June. Three people were wounded including the owner of the business. 22-year-old Chauncey Gilmore is in custody. He is charged with three felonies including possession of a firearm and ammo by a convicted felon. His brother, 22-year-old Jermaine Jones, is also charged. Police say the confrontation began when the owner fired a waitress for allegedly stealing from the business. She called relatives to come to the business at West ISB and Keech Street. That's when the shooting erupted. The suspects are the woman's brothers. Gilmore was arrested Wednesday and is held on $75,000 bond at the Volusia County Branch Jail.  Jones is also in custody.
