Bunnell, FL – The father of two children taken by their mother from their Bunnell home in July to his home in Sweetwater, Tennessee, is now charged with two counts of kidnapping a child under 13 and two counts of conspiracy to commit a second-degree felony.

Flagler County Sheriff’s deputies obtained a warrant for Phillip Bradley Steven McGraw on Tuesday. The charges come after a two-month investigation that began when the children went missing. The children’s mother, Sarah Jones, took the children from their grandparents home, who are the legal guardians.

Jones took them to McGraw’s house in Tennessee. She was arrested there, brought back to Flagler County and is serving five years felony probation.

McGraw was arrested by the Monroe County, Tennessee Sheriff’s Office and is awaiting extradition to Flagler County.
