Flagler County, FL-He has tried before but this time was the charm for Rick Staly who wins the race to be Flagler County's next sheriff. Staly won Tuesday's election over Democrat Larry Jones and independent Thomas Dougherty.
Staly is undersheriff to current Flagler County Sheriff Jim Manfre.
