Flagler County, FL - Sheriff Rick Staly has announced the opening of registration for the Florida Sheriff's Youth Ranches Summer Camp.

Camp dates are June 11-16, for youths ages 10-15. The week of camping and citizenship development is free of charge and will be located at 1170 Youth Camp Lane, Barbersville. The camp is about a 30-minute drive from Ormond Beach in Volusia County.

Youth from the community will have a great opportunity to meet and interact with law enforcement officers to strengthen relationships within the community.

Sheriff Staly was elected as a board member and proudly supports the efforts of the Florida Youth Ranches.

"I am very humbled to serve on the board. This is a very positive program that allows law enforcement officers to interact with our youth in a safe atmosphere. I do encourage you to apply early as the vacancies are filled quickly," said Sheriff Staly.
