Daytona Beach, FL-Prosecutors in the State Attorney's office have filed a motion to revoke the conditional release of Ebony Wilkerson, the woman who drove a van with her kids inside into the ocean here in 2014. The heavily redacted motion appears to indicate Wilkerson has violated the terms of that court-issued release.

Published reports say Wilkerson recently had a psychotic episode and was hospitalized under a Baker Act.

During her trial, Wilkerson was found not guilty by reason of insanity. She was in a state hospital and then released to a live-in step-down program in Lake Wales while she was still under court supervision.

Just two weeks ago, Wilkerson was in court asking for supervised visitation with her children. The judge asked for a detailed plan for the visitation and delayed approving the visitation.

The motion for revocation has been filed but no hearing date has been set.
