Port Orange, FL-Port Orange police officers are hitting the streets with a new tool. Officers began Friday wearing body cams. Port Orange has opted for the Taser Axon Body 2 model.

Port Orange Police Officer Evan Doyle, in a news release from POPD, said all operational staff (patrol, patrol sergeants, crime suppression team, and motors) have been assigned the video cameras which will serve as the primary recording device while on duty.
