Earlier reporting below.

Port Orange, FL - Charges are pending against a 41-year-old Deltona woman in a three-vehicle fatal crash this morning near the Volusia County landfill on Tomoka Farms Road.

The Florida Highway Patrol says it happened just after 10 o'clock on Tomoka Farms near Shunz Road.

FHP Lieutenant Kim Montes says the man who died is a 76-year-old motorcyclist from Port Orange. His identity has not been released and won't be until his family has been notified.

Troopers tell us a 2018 Toyota - driven by Shaynon Pickett - was heading south on Tomoka Farms as two motorcycles were coming the opposite way on Tomoka Farms.

According to the accident report, Pickett's Toyota drifted into the northbound lane for some reason, sideswiping a 2016 Harley-Davidson before hitting the motorcycle behind it - a 2010 Harley-Davidson - head-on.

The man who was killed was on the 2010 Harley, per FHP. He was ejected from the motorcycle upon impact and died at the scene.

The other Harley driver - 55-year-old Victor Ramos of Port Orange - suffered minor injuries and was not transported from the scene by paramedics.

Pickett also suffered minor injuries, but she was taken by ambulance to Halifax Health Medical Center in Daytona Beach for treatment.

It doesn't appear that alcohol or drugs were a factor, per FHP, but investigators say it's not clear at this point what caused Pickett's Toyota to drift into the northbound lane.
