Daytona Beach, FL-A Port Orange man has been charged with multiple felony counts of possession of child pornography by Daytona Beach police. 37-year-old Rafael Rivera is charged with 20 counts and was booked into the jail. The arrest was made with the assistance of the FBI Child Exploitation Task Force. A search warrant was executed at the suspect's apartment at 4801 South Clyde Morris Boulevard earlier this month. Rivera told investigators he was the only person who lived there and the only one with access to his computer. Investigators say an examination of his computer turned up the images, some involving children who appeared to be under the age of 5.
