Police Seek Beach Street Jewelry Sneak Thief In Daytona Beach

Daytona Beach, FL-Police in Daytona Beach want to catch the female suspect who took two rings from a Beach Street store valued at nearly $1500. The crime happened at Art Jewelry Design at 208 North Beach Street on April 25, 2016.

The woman came into the store between 4 and 5 PM and asked to see something that the man in the store had to go in the back to get. When the woman left, after about five minutes in the store, he realized that two rings were missing from the front display area.

One ring is 14K gold with an oval solitaire diamond valued at $998. The other ring is a 14K gold filigree band with five diamond accents valued at $500.

The woman is described as heavy set, about five-foot-eight inches tall and wearing a red shirt with a white logo on the back.
