Ormond Beach, FL - Police in Ormond are looking for a serial flasher who's been targeting women who are jogging or walking their dog on the beach side.

Since August of this year the Ormond Beach Police Department has worked 3 different cases they believe are linked to the same suspect. The incidents have all happened between 5 and 5:30 AM. The suspect description in all 3 cases is similar: a white man with dark chin length long wavy hair cut in a "modern style," between 25 and 35 years old, average build, between 5'9" and 6' in height, and weighs between 150 and 175 lbs.

In one incident, after the man exposed himself he got into a dark compact vehicle, maybe a hatchback, and fled the scene.

The OBPD is asking anyone who encounters this suspect to call 911 immediately so officers can get on the scene before the suspect's gone. They urge people not to approach the man.

Anyone with information is asked to call OBPD at 386-677-0731 or 386-247-1777. To remain anonymous call crime stoppers at 1-888-277-TIPS and you could qualify for a $1,000 reward.
