DeBary, FLUpdate: Police have arrested the 3rd and final suspect wanted in an elderly exploitation case in DeBary. Matthew Hall was arrested Saturday by the St. Pauls Police Department in North Carolina after he fled during a traffic stop on Friday. Hall is being held on $25,000 bail and is facing charges of resisting police without violence in St. Pauls and charges of dealing in stolen property with the Volusia County Sheriff's Office. Earlier Reporting: The three people wanted for the case of elderly exploitation in DeBary were located on Friday after an anonymous tip. The suspects were found in Robeson County, North Carolina. The trio was riding in the Toyota Corolla, which they stole from the elderly couple in DeBary, when police conducted a traffic stop on them in North Carolina. Matthew Hall took off running, and police are still looking for him.  Albert Blackburn II was arrested on his outstanding Volusia County warrant, and Mary Hall was charged with auto theft as she was in possession of a stolen vehicle. She is the granddaughter of the couple. The case remains active, and additional charges are pending. Earlier Reporting: The Volusia County Sheriff's Office (VCSO) is asking for the public's help finding three people who are suspected of exploiting an elderly couple and stealing the couple's car. Police say that 33-year-old Matthew Hall, 38-year-old Albert Blackburn II, and 33-year-old Mary Hall exploited an 81-year-old woman and her 91-year-old husband. They "victimized and exploited" the couple to the point where the couple was unable to buy medication or pay bills, VCSO said on social media. Mary Hall is the victims' granddaughter. According to VCSO, Mary Hall is thought to have taken the elderly couple's car out-of-state and even to have set up a GoFundMe account to get back to Florida. The car is a white, 2014 Toyota Corolla with Florida tag CQB-B83. The men are also suspects in a separate case of theft and pawning. Matthew Hall is wanted for pawning stolen property, and Blackburn is wanted for burglary and grand theft. VCSO is asking anyone who has any information about the three suspects to call DeBary headquarters at 386-668-3830. NOTE: The pictures below are of Hall (right) and Blackburn (left).
