Daytona Beach, FL-The Volusia County Sheriff's Office is reporting that 24-year-old Henry Lee Smith, who Daytona Beach Police say fired a gun multiple times into an occupied home here June 12, has been arrested and is in the Volusia County Jail.
No one was hurt when the shots were fired around 2:25 PM into the building at 200 Rip Collins Drive.
Police say he was arrested in May for carrying a stolen concealed weapon on South Beach Street and being in possession of narcotics.
