Deltona, FL - Police caught and arrested a Deltona man on Thursday who groped a woman's breast at a Deltona post office back in March and has a history of exposing himself to women in public. Walter Ynguil, age 29, was reported grabbing a woman's breast at the Deltona Post office at 2048 Howland Blvd. on March 1. According to police reports, he was walking around the parking lot laughing and then ran up behind a woman and grabbed her chest before fleeing on foot. The woman did complete a sworn statement saying she wished to pursue charges if a suspect was found, but due to a lack of evidence and the lack of video footage, the case remained inactive. Then, deputies learned this past week of more reports of a man in Deltona exposing himself to women. At Subway at 2160 Howland Blvd., a man who fit Ynguil's description was hanging around and watching female employees. The employees said he’s a frequent visitor, but he never buys anything. An employee reported that the man exposed his genitalia there. There was also a report at the Circle K at 2885 Howland Blvd., where a woman reported a man was masturbating in front of the building. She said she recognized him from past incidents in the Publix and Lowe’s parking lots at Howland and Elkcam Blvds. She was able to identify a mug shot of the suspect, Walter Ynguil, according to police. When police showed Ynguil's picture to the victim of the March post office incident, she positively identified him. Ynguil was eventually found when his own brother tipped police off that he might be at his girlfriend's house. Ynguil was found at his girlfriend's house on Thursday night. Ynguil was taken into custody with $105,000 bond on charges of felony battery and stalking.
