Palm Coast, FL - A Palm Coast man who was wanted on a child molestation warrant was arrested in Las Vegas on Monday. Flagler County Sheriff's Office (FCSO) Detective George Hristakopoulos tipped off the Las Vegas Police Department that 38-year-old Bryan Patrick Loveland might be in the Las Vegas area going by a fake name. Loveland is wanted for lewd and lascivious molestation of a 12-year-old child. According to FCSO, Las Vegas Police staked out the residence in Las Vegas where Loveland was staying and took Loveland into custody without incident. "The unit in Las Vegas was among the most professional and courteous I have ever dealt with," says Hristakopoulos. "It's great to know we have partners nationwide willing to help us track down criminals." In April, Loveland was arrested by U.S. Marshals in North Carolina and extradited to the Flagler County Detention Facility. He had posted a $150,000 bond, but violated the terms of his release by leaving the state. After being arrested by Las Vegas Police on Monday, Loveland is being held at the Clark County Detention Center and is awaiting extradition to Flagler County. Once Loveland is returned to Flagler County, he will be held without bond.
