Palm Coast, FL - A Palm Coast "business" owner is facing numerous felony charges after being arrested at his store, Supernova Clothing and Shoe Store, located on Palm Coast Parkway NW, near Belle Terre Parkway.

The arrest of 32-year-old Jerard Keaton Davis resulted from an ongoing investigation by the Flagler County Sheriff's Office, with an assist from Homeland Security Investigations.

Davis is an 8-time convicted felon who has already served two state prison sentences in Florida.  The initial arrest is on a warrant for Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon and Violation of an Injunction for Protection against Domestic Violence.

A search warrant executed after Davis' arrest was issued after a lengthy investigation.  Numerous complaints about Davis being involved in drug sales in Flagler County, specifically at his store and also making threats against other business owners brought him to law enforcement's attention.

The distribution of a variety of narcotics, including Fentanyl-laced heroin and cocaine, was discovered through multiple undercover operations.  Due to the search warrant, detectives found about $400 of crack cocaine, a loaded .380 firearm and a quantity of marijuana.  The crack was already packaged for sale consistent with distribution by a drug dealer.

To compound Davis problems, his store is located less than 1,000 feet from Sunshine Academy, a child development center, and preschool.  Homeland Security Investigations located and identified counterfeit name brand clothing and Davis could see additional charges.
