The tip came from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children and launched the investigation into Swafford. He was arrested Tuesday evening at his home at 7 Riverwood Drive after detectives in the Child Exploitation Unit executed a search warrant at Swafford’s home Aug. 9.
During the search of Swafford’s home, detectives found pornographic images on his computer portraying male and female children between ages 3-11.
Swafford remains in the Volusia County jail held with no bail allowed.
