DeLand, FL - The grandson of legendary social justice activist Nelson Mandela plans to speak at one local university.

Ndaba Mandela, grandson of Nelson Mandela, will present a keynote address at Stetson University, sharing the lessons that he learned from his grandfather.

"He's going to be discussing his relationship with his grandfather," says Sandra Carr, Media Relations Representative for Stetson. "He also released a book this June and he's basically going to be talking about growing up with him."

Mandela's book, "Going to the Mountain: Life Lessons From My Grandfather, Nelson Mandela," talks about the different moral lessons he learned from his grandfather, including self-discipline and respecting individuals and peace.

"I think with his guidance and what he's going to share, he can help the students grow and also shed a different light for the community," said Carr.

The presentation will be held tomorrow (March 26th) at 6 p.m. in the Carlton Union Building's Stetson Room, on 131 East Minnesota Avenue. It's free and open to the public.
