Daytona Beach, FL - The Daytona Beach Police Department (DBPD) will be participating in the Drug Enforcement Administration's 13th National Take Back Initiative.
The 'National Prescription Drug Take Back Day' collection site will be in the lobby of the DBPD, 129 Valor Road, Daytona Beach, from 10 AM to 2 PM, Saturday, April 29.
Residents are urged to take advantage of this opportunity to clean out their medicine cabinets and drawers and then to safely dispose of any unused or expired medications by stopping by the police headquarters and dropping them into the collection bin.
