Motorcycle Pinned Between 2 Cars In Crash On Main Street, 3 Hospitalized

Daytona Beach, FL – A motorcycle with 2 riders was pinned between 2 vehicles, sending 3 people to the hospital the 2nd night of Bike Week.

According to the Daytona Beach Fire Department (DBFD) Several fire engines and Motor Medics with the DBFD responded to the intersection of Main Street and Halifax Ave. in Daytona Beach just before 7 PM, Saturday, March 11.

The crash involved 2 cars and 1 motorcycle. 1 man and 1 woman riding the motorcycle were pronounced as trauma alerts and transported to the hospital.

A pedestrian walking across the street at the time of the crash sustained injuries and was also transported to the hospital.

The cause of the crash is being investigated by the Daytona Beach Police Department.
