Palm Coast, FL – Justice is being served to 35-year-old massage therapist Justus P. Scott of Palm Coast.  The Flagler County Sheriff’s Office executed an arrest warrant on Scott at his home Friday evening, charging him with video voyeurism.

The Flagler County Sheriff’s Office Investigative Services Division received a video showing a female client undressing prior to an appointment with Scott, recorded between January 2016 and January 2017.  Detectives investigated and found that Scott had placed a cell phone in the massage room to video record the woman while she undressed.

Sheriff Rick Staly said, “At this point, we have only one video showing one victim.” He added, “We will continue to investigate and add additional charges until all potential victims and crimes have been identified.”

Scott was booked in the Flagler County Jail with bond set at $5,000, which Scott posted to secure his release.  At the time of his arrest, investigators also served a warrant for Scott’s home and computer.  FCSO is conducting a forensic analysis on the computer and Scott’s other electronic devices in an attempt to identify any other victims.  Staly said the “analysis is expected to take weeks to complete.”

If you think you may have been a victim of Scott, contact the Sheriff’s Office at 386-313-4911.
