Deltona, FL - The Volusia County Sheriff's Office is investigating a shooting in Deltona that left an 18-year-old man wounded on Monday night.
An 11-year-old reported the shooting at around 5:19 PM on the night of October 23. The victim, who had gunshot wounds to his arm and shoulder, said the shooting happened near Fort Smith and India Boulevards. He was rushed to the hospital via Air One.
Officials say the investigation is ongoing, but no further information is being released at this time. Updates will be provided as they become available.
