Deltona, FL-Imagine you were shot but didn’t find out until you changed your shirt…two days later.

That’s what happened to a Deltona man last Thursday. Michael Blevins was at Bert Fish Memorial when he was interviewed by deputies. He told them that after cleaning his gun last Thursday at his Whitewood Drive home, his back locked up due to a prior injury.  He fell and the gun went off.  He noticed the bullet wound in his arm when he changed his shirt on Saturday.

He took himself to the hospital to have the wound checked out.  An investigation was conducted by VCSO and the shooting was ruled accidental.
